MAYOR OF WOLLONDILLY SHIRE COUNCIL
CR JUDITH HANNA

I aim to make Wollondilly distinctive from surrounding areas maintaining its rural setting while still achieving up to date infrastructure in our townships and improving all roads across the Shire. I will also work to increase the awareness of the needs of the Shire and to fight to get those needs met.

I want to do this without a particular bias towards any one town centre by assessing what is the best for the whole Shire. I also want increased employment by enabling our farms and making our tourism a strong part of our economic development.
I am looking forward to working as a part of an effective team to improve our community’s satisfaction with efficient, friendly service and to improve Council’s level of community communication.

I offer availability and commitment to locals to fight for a better deal for everyone, especially the “fringe dwellers” of this Shire.  I want to make Wollondilly the best place to live for the young, our families and the not-so-young by careful preservation of our rural lifestyle that is so crucial to our culture. A better deal for Wollondilly is my priority.
